From there, we’ll move into an intentional slow flow yoga practice designed to gently awaken the body, create spaciousness through movement, and help you rise into your day feeling grounded, open, and energized.

This practice is approachable for all levels and will focus on mindful movement, breath, and presence—offering a balanced blend of flow, stretch, and embodied awareness.
